Job Summary

We are looking for a Darkstore Executive to handle end-to-end darkstore operations, including inventory management, order fulfilment, and delivery fleet coordination. The role requires ensuring accurate stock levels, timely dispatch, and smooth last-mile delivery operations while maintaining operational efficiency and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

1. End-to-End Warehouse Operations

● Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch

●Ensure proper layout, space utilization, and process optimization

●Maintain warehouse cleanliness, safety, and compliance standards

●Implement SOPs for efficient workflow and operational control

2. Inventory Management

●Maintain accurate inventory records and stock reconciliation

●Monitor stock levels and coordinate replenishment

● Conduct periodic cycle counts and full physical audits

●Reduce shrinkage, damages, and inventory discrepancies

● Track slow-moving and fast-moving inventory

3. Order Fulfillment

●Ensure timely and accurate order processing and dispatch

●Monitor picking, packing, and shipment accuracy

● Coordinate with sales and operations teams for priority orders

●Maintain SLA for order fulfillment timelines

●Handle returns and reverse logistics

4. Delivery Fleet Management

●Manage delivery fleet scheduling and route planning





● Track deliveries and ensure on-time dispatch & delivery

● Coordinate with drivers and third-party logistics partners

●Monitor vehicle utilization, maintenance, and fuel usage

●Resolve delivery-related operational issues

5. Team Management

● Supervise warehouse staff, pickers, packers, and drivers

● Allocate daily tasks and monitor productivity

● Train team on SOPs and safety procedures

●Maintain discipline and performance standards

6. Reporting & KPIs

● Track daily dispatch, pending orders, and delivery status

●Monitor inventory accuracy and warehouse productivity

●Prepare operational reports and MIS

●Improve turnaround time and operational efficiency

Key Requirements

● 1-3 years of experience in darkstore, warehouse or logistics operations

● Strong knowledge of inventory management practices

●Experience managing delivery fleet or last-mile operations

●Familiarity with Excel

● Ability to work in a fast-paced operations/startup workplace

Preferred Qualifications

●Experience in e-commerce / FMCG / distribution warehouse

●Experience in handling construction material

●Knowledge of barcode systems and warehouse automation

●Route planning and dispatch management experience
