Key Responsibilities

- Support ongoing operational activities, incident management, and issue resolution related to the CyberArk PAM ecosystem.
- Manage and maintain privilege identities lifecycle processes across enterprise environments, ensuring security, compliance, and service reliability.
- Work on CyberArk vault, CPM, PVWA, PSM, Conjur, CIM (CP) components and related workflows.
- Develop and maintain automation solutions using PowerShell and REST APIs to improve operational efficiency and reduce manual effort.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement and support privilege identity management solutions across various infrastructure platforms.
- Drive process improvements, automation initiatives, and operational excellence within the secrets management domain.
- Support team with on-call shifts

Required Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in computer science, management information systems, engineering, or equivalent technical degree.
- 5+ year experience in installation, configuration and administration of CyberArk components like Vault, PVWA, CPM, PSM and Conjur.
- Should have exposure on performing DR activities.
- Should have hands on work experience in DevOps tools like Bitbucket, Jenkins and Ansible.

Should be comfortable in programming languages like Python, Powershell, Jave (any one). At Zensar, we’re “experience-led everything”.
