Key Responsibilities

- Work on real-world Cloud Security and Cybersecurity tasks while assisting the team in supporting customer security environments.
- Monitor and respond to security alerts, incidents, vulnerabilities, endpoint security events, and other security-related activities in real time.
- Assist with Microsoft Azure security, Microsoft Defender, Microsoft Intune, vulnerability management, endpoint protection, threat monitoring, and security operations.
- Support investigation, troubleshooting, remediation, and documentation of security issues and incidents.
- Work with enterprise security platforms and tools such as Tenable Security Center, ServiceNow, Proofpoint, Carbon Black App Control, Absolute Platform, BlueVoyant Cyber Defense, Password Vault, and Microsoft security technologies.
- Assist with customer requests, security tickets, operational activities,



and incident-related tasks while following established security procedures and best practices.
- Collaborate with senior engineers, security teams, and customers to understand issues, identify solutions, and execute assigned security tasks.
- Maintain transparent documentation of investigations, changes, resolutions, and security activities.
- Continuously develop practical skills in Cloud Security, Endpoint Security, Vulnerability Management, Threat Detection, Incident Response, and Security Operations.
