We’re looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Executive – Customs Clearance (Export) to join our growing team!
? Location: Mumbai – Nahur
? No. of Positions: 2
? Experience: 3–4 years
? Qualification: Graduation
? CTC: ₹35,000 – ₹40,000/month
(Depending on experience & job knowledge)
? What will you be responsible for?
- Export documentation & customs filing
- Preparation & filing of Shipping Bills
- Handling FOB / CIF / C&F; / Drawback / EPCG / Advance Authorisation / RoDTEP / ROSCTL
- Accurate data entry & submission through ICEGATE (EDI)
- Verification of export documents – Invoice, Packing List, PO, GST/LUT, Bond, Authorisation/License copies, HSN, etc.
- Handling queries raised by Customs RMS / Appraising Officers
- Coordination and follow-ups with exporters and stakeholders
