Customer Support Executive

Job Responsibilities

- Provide support and guidance to existing customers.
- Train customers on how to use our software effectively.
- Explain software features and resolve basic customer queries.
- Conduct software demos for customers whenever required.
- Maintain positive customer relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate with the internal team to resolve customer issues.

Requirements
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of computers and software.
- Candidates with a technical/IT background will be preferred.
- Ability to explain things clearly and patiently.
- Freshers can apply.

Salary: ₹8,000 – ₹12,000 per month Salary will depend on the candidate’s experience and performance in the interview. Salary is negotiable for the right candidate.
