About the Role: Teleperformance is hiring for the Customer Support Executive role in the domestic and international process. In this role, you will handle customer interactions, resolve queries while ensuring positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities: Handle customer queries via email and chat professionally. Provide accurate and timely resolutions. Maintain service quality and productivity targets. Follow company policies and data security guidelines. Escalate complex issues when required. Work effectively in rotational shifts.

Eligibility Criteria HSC and Graduate fresher's welcome. Good written and verbal English communication skills. Basic computer knowledge.

Training: ₹19,000 in hand Salary after

Training: ₹23,000 in hand

Working Days: 5 days/week

Week Offs: 2 rotational week offs

Shifts: 24x7 rotational
