Job Summary

- We are looking for an enthusiastic and confident Telecaller to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls, handling customer queries, explaining Project services, and close the Position.
- Handle leads allocated by the Company through CRM or other approved systems.
- Contact prospective candidates and understand their profile, qualification, experience, job preference, and overseas employment requirements.
- Explain only approved job opportunities, eligibility criteria, consultancy services, service charges, documentation requirements, and processing stages.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with prospective and registered candidates.
- Update all calls, customer interactions, lead status, and next follow-up dates accurately in CRM.
- Convert eligible prospects into registrations according to Company policies.
- Coordinate registered candidates with Documentation, Accounts, Processing, and other concerned departments.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly call, registration, conversion,



and revenue targets assigned by Management.
- Maintain professional communication and customer relationships.
- Maintain confidentiality of customer and Company information.
- Submit Daily EOD and performance reports.
- Perform any additional sales, customer-relationship, or operational responsibilities assigned by Management

Requirements :

- 0–1 year of experience; freshers are welcome.
- Good verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office/computer operations.
- Ability to communicate confidently over the phone.
- Target-oriented and willing to learn.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
- Knowledge of English and the local language is an advantage.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
