About the RoleWe are looking for Customer Support Executives to join an International Chat Process supporting e-commerce sellers. The role involves assisting sellers with their queries, resolving issues efficiently, and ensuring a high-quality customer experience through written communication.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle customer/seller queries through international chat support.
- Provide accurate and timely resolutions to seller-related concerns.
- Understand seller requirements and troubleshoot issues effectively.
- Maintain professional and clear written communication.
- Follow defined process guidelines, quality standards, and compliance requirements.
- Meet individual and team targets related to quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction.




- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team when required.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and resolutions.

Eligibility & Requirements

- 6–12 months of experience in an International Voice & Chat Process.
- Seller Support experience is preferred, from any industry/domain.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong customer service and problem-solving abilities.
- Positive interpersonal and analytical skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-oriented setting.
- Comfortable working in rotational shifts.
- Undergraduates and Graduates are eligible to apply.
