Requirements:
- Any Graduate can apply (Except B-Tech)
- Freshers are welcome
- Salary : Upto 21k CTC
- 6 days working, 1 rotational week-off
- 8hrs work & 1hr break (9hrs Shift)
- Immediate Joiners preferred
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer knowledge required
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Handle customer queries through voice calls
- Provide accurate information and resolution to customers
- Maintain qualified communication with customers
- Ensure customer satisfaction and quality support
- Follow company guidelines and process standards
- Update customer interactions in the system
