Responsibilities Handle inbound and outbound calls with US-based customers in a professional, courteous manner. Educate customers on outstanding balances, billing inquiries, and service renewals.



Negotiate workable payment arrangements and resolve payment-related account issues.

Document accurate call notes and maintain customer records in the CRM database. Adhere strictly to compliance standards, quality guidelines, and company policies. Eligibility & Candidate Profile Education: Minimum 12th pass or Graduate in any stream.

Experience: Minimum 6 months of experience in an International BPO (Voice process or Chat or blended process). Direct US Collections background preferred. Candidates from US Customer Service backgrounds with a willingness to work in collections are eligible.

Language Skills: Excellent spoken and written English (fluent, clear, and neutral accent).

Flexibility: Comfortable working in US rotational night shifts.

Availability: Immediate joiners or candidates serving a short notice period preferred.
