? Compensation
- Freshers: Approx. ₹27,000/month in hand
- Experienced candidates: Approx. ₹32,000/month in hand
- Performance incentives: Up to ₹9,000/month, subject to applicable performance criteria
- Attendance incentive: Up to ₹2,500, subject to applicable terms
- Additional bonus may be applicable as per company/process policies
