Department: Marketing / Customer Support ⏰ Employment Type: Full-Time Key Responsibilities ✔ Handle customer queries through phone, email, WhatsApp, and other channels ✔ Manage inbound and outbound customer calls ✔ Follow up on service requests, complaints,
