We are looking for talented, confident, and enthusiastic candidates to join the Samsung Process. This is an excellent chance for both freshers and experienced professionals.The role involves handling customer interactions, understanding customer requirements, providing appropriate assistance, and supporting Telesales activities by promoting relevant products/services and ensuring a positive customer experience.

Eligibility Criteria

- Graduation is mandatory.
- Candidates must have excellent communication skills.
- Strong English communication with zero grammatical errors is required.
- MTI Versant Score must be 5 or 6 only.

Salary Details

- Freshers: ₹22,000 In-Hand
- Experienced Candidates: ₹25,000 In-Hand





Working Schedule

- 5 Days Working
- 2 Rotational Offs
- 10.5-Hour Shifts

Shift Details

- For Mal Candidates: Rotational shifts, including night shifts.
- For Femal Candidates: Rotational day shifts only.

Training Period: 10 to 15 Days Interview Mode: Virtual and Face-to-Face
