We are looking for a customer-focused and detail-oriented Customer Support Executive to handle customer queries through email. The candidate must have strong English language and written communication skills and good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer queries, complaints, and requests through email.
- Draft transparent, professional, and grammatically correct responses in English.
- Understand customer concerns and provide accurate resolutions.
- Respond to emails within the defined TAT.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate internal team.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
- Update customer information and case status in Microsoft Excel.
Mandatory Requirements
- Excellent English communication skills are mandatory.
- Strong English reading and comprehension skills.
- Good English writing skills with proper grammar and sentence formation.
- Ability to understand and respond to customer emails professionally.
- Good typing and computer skills.
- Basic to intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
