We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Customer Success Manager to manage and strengthen relationships with our SaaS clients. The CSM will be responsible for ensuring successful customer onboarding, driving product adoption, improving customer satisfaction and retention, and identifying opportunities for account expansion.
The ideal candidate should have strong communication and relationship-management skills, a customer-centric approach, and preferably experience working with SaaS, IT products, software platforms, or technology solutions
What you'll do
✔ 2–5 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, Client Servicing, SaaS, or IT Services
✔ Experience In Handling B2B Clients Preferred
✔ Strong communication and relationship-management skills
✔ Valuable understanding of SaaS/technology products
✔ Strong problem-solving, presentation, and stakeholder-management skills
✔ Experience with CRM tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, or similar will be an advantage
