Our solution streamlines key stages such as intelligent tender review, risk analysis, synopsis generation, contradiction detection, and strategic bid decision support. Built specifically for complex tender workflows, it uses advanced contextual AI to extract and interpret critical information from both scanned and digital PDFs.

The platform helps teams uncover hidden risks, navigate non-standard clauses, and perform real-time Go/No-Go assessments with accuracy. By enabling faster evaluation, improved compliance checks, and higher-quality submissions, ContraVault AI supports smarter bidding and more confident decision-making.

What you'll be doing

- Being the person customers trust. Queries come to you. You'll understand the real problem behind the question and stay on it until it's solved.
- Analysing how customers actually use the platform. You'll work with usage and adoption data to see which features are driving value, where engagement is dropping off, and which accounts need attention before they ask for it — then turn that analysis into something the team can act on.
- Turning what customers say into what we build. You'll gather feedback, spot the patterns in it, and carry those insights into product,



sales, and engineering conversations. Interns here are expected to have opinions.
- Building the knowledge that scales us. FAQs, user guides, how-to content, and a clean record of recurring issues and their fixes. Every article you write is a conversation the team never has to repeat.
- Working across the whole company. Product, sales, and technical teams — you'll be in the middle of all three, translating in both directions.

What we're looking for

- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in business, engineering, computer science, management, or a related field
- Robust communication and interpersonal skills — you can explain a concept clearly and listen properly to what someone needs
- Proficiency in written and spoken English
- A customer-oriented mindset: patience, problem-solving instinct, and interest in building long-term relationships
- Basic understanding of SaaS or technology products, with genuine curiosity about AI, data, or workflow automation
- Good organizational skills - attention to detail, time management, and the ability to juggle several customer requests without dropping one
- Willing to work on-site in Bengaluru and to move at startup pace
