We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused CRM Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing customer relationships, ensuring excellent service, and coordinating with internal teams to deliver a seamless customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage customer interactions through calls, emails, and messages.
- Address customer inquiries, complaints, and service requests promptly.
- Maintain accurate customer records in the CRM system.
- Follow up with customers to ensure timely issue resolution and satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree
- 1–3 years of experience in Customer Relationship Management or Customer Service.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
Salary- 20-35k (Negotiable)
