nJob Summary

nWe are looking for an Associate Consultant Services to join the Policy Bazaar team and provide dedicated customer support for health insurance documentation and related queries. This role involves visiting customers at their location to assist with documentation, resolve issues, and ensure a smooth and satisfactory customer experience.

nKey Responsibilities

n1. Visit customers at homes, hospitals, or workplaces to address health insurance-related queries.

n2. Assist customers with health insurance documentation, including policy documents, endorsements, renewals, and claim forms.

n3. Explain policy coverage, benefits, exclusions, renewal processes, and claim procedures in a straightforward manner.

n4. Coordinate with internal teams such as operations, claims, and underwriting for timely issue resolution.

n5.Collect and verify required documents and ensure accuracy and completeness.

n6.



Track customer requests and follow up until closure.

n7. Maintain proper records of customer interactions and service outcomes.

n8.Deliver a professional, empathetic, and customer-centric service experience

nRequired Skills & Competencies

nStrong communication and interpersonal skills.

nCustomer-focused mindset with problem-solving ability.

nBasic knowledge of health insurance products and documentation (preferred).

nAbility to explain complex information clearly.

nWillingness to travel locally for customer visits. Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools).

n Educational Qualifications

n Graduate in any discipline (preferred).

nFreshers with good communication skills may also be considered.

n Additional Requirements Two-wheeler with a valid driving license (preferred). Familiarity with local areas.
