Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer enquiries through phone, WhatsApp, email, and other communication channels.
- Assist customers with product information, orders, deliveries, payments, and complaints.
- Coordinate with sales, dispatch, production, and delivery teams to ensure timely order fulfilment.
- Track customer orders and provide regular updates on delivery status.
- Resolve customer complaints professionally and ensure timely closure.
- Maintain accurate customer records, feedback, and service-related data.
- Follow up with customers for feedback, repeat orders, and service satisfaction.
- Escalate complex issues to the concerned department or manager.
- Support customer retention and build positive long-term relationships with customers.
- Maintain a skilled and customer-friendly approach while representing Legit Farms.
Pay: ₹12,500.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
