We are hiring for Customer Service Officer for General insurance industry.

Location - Mumbai - Thane

Salary - upto 3.50 lpa

Eligibility/Job requirements:

- Graduate / postgraduate with overall 3+yrs experience of working in a domestic/international contact centre/ service set up. 1+yr of inbound and outbound
- call-taking experience is a must.

- Candidate should possess excellent oral and written communication skills.

- Candidate with valuable customer service skills & captive contact centre experience would be preferred.

- Candidate should be willing to work in rotating shifts and Weekends and Public Holidays

- Candidate should be able to conversate in English, Hindi and Marathi or English Hindi + any regional language (Tamil, Bengali, Kannada, Gujrati,



Malayalam, Telugu)

Responsibilities:

- Responsible for interacting with PAN India customers/prospects of General Insurance.

- Responsible for out calling PAN India customers/prospects of General Insurance.

- Responsible for delivering the relevant KPI's designed for the assigned job role.

- Responsible for customer engagement and satisfaction survey.

- Responsible for Upsell and Cross sell as per the campaign running at the Contact Centre.
