Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end export shipments from booking through delivery.
- Coordinate with shipping lines, overseas agents, CFS/ICD, transporters and internal stakeholders.
- Prepare, verify and maintain export documentation such as invoices, packing lists, bills of lading and COO.
- Ensure timely communication with customers and provide regular shipment status updates.
- Follow up for documentation, approvals, clearances and shipment milestones.
- Handle customer queries, resolve operational issues and provide effective solutions.
- Work closely with operations, documentation and accounts teams for smooth shipment execution.
Pay: Up to ₹25,000.00 per month
