- Handle international sales and lead generation processes.

- Connect with potential customers and understand their requirements.

- Generate and qualify leads through outbound calling.

- Communicate with customers professionally and convert potential leads into business opportunities.

- Achieve assigned sales and lead generation targets.

- Maintain proper records of customer interactions and follow-ups.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to international customers and prospects.

- Generate current leads and identify potential business opportunities.

- Explain products/services to customers clearly and professionally.

- Understand customer requirements and provide suitable information.

- Follow up with interested leads and prospects regularly.

- Convert qualified leads into successful sales.

- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, follow-ups, and sales activities.

- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly performance targets.

- Handle customer queries and objections effectively.





- Maintain excellent communication and professional customer relationships.

- Work towards achieving weekly and monthly incentive-based targets.

- Coordinate with the internal sales team for smooth lead conversion.

Job Requirements

- Experience: Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.

- Experience Preference: Domestic/International Sales or Lead Generation experience preferred.

- English: Excellent English Communication Skills.

- Work Mode: Work From Office (WFO).

- Working Days: Monday–Saturday (Half Day Saturday).

- Sunday: Off.

- Shift: 5:00 AM – 2:00 PM (Fixed Shift).

- Location: Saket, New Delhi (Near Saket Metro Gate No. 2).

- Salary: ₹15,000–₹18,000 for Freshers; ₹15,000–₹22,000 for Domestic Experience; ₹15,000–₹28,000 for International Experience.

- Facilities: Pickup Cab and Meal Provided.

- Incentives: Uncapped Weekly & Monthly Incentives.
