Key Responsibilities

- Handle outbound calls for Australian customers.
- Generate and qualify leads based on customer requirements.
- Communicate professionally with international customers.
- Understand customer needs and provide relevant information.
- Maintain accurate lead and customer records.
- Follow up with prospective customers as required.
- Achieve assigned lead generation and performance targets.




- Maintain high-quality communication and customer interaction standards.

Eligibility

- Undergraduate / Graduate candidates can apply.
- Minimum 6 months of experience in an international outbound process is mandatory.
- Excellent English communication skills.
- Immediate joiners are preferred.
