We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused CRM Executive to manage customer relationships, improve customer engagement, and support retention and sales initiatives. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, attention to detail, and experience working with CRM systems and customer data.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and maintain accurate customer information in the CRM system.

- Handle customer queries, complaints, feedback, and follow-ups in a timely manner.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.

- Track leads, customer interactions, sales follow-ups, and conversions.

- Coordinate with sales, marketing, and operations teams to improve customer experience.

- Prepare regular reports on leads, conversions, customer retention, and engagement.

- Conduct customer follow-ups through calls, emails, WhatsApp, or other communication channels.

- Identify customer needs and opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.





- Monitor customer satisfaction and help implement initiatives to improve retention.

- Ensure timely updating and maintenance of CRM records and databases.

- Support CRM campaigns, customer communication, and promotional activities.

- Analyze customer data and provide insights to management.

Required Skills

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Strong customer-service and relationship-management skills.

- Good knowledge of MS Excel and CRM software.

- Solid follow-up and coordination abilities.

- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

- Attention to detail and accurate data management.

- Ability to work independently as well as in a team.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
