We are looking for a Customer Relationship Manager to handle sales, client coordination, business development, and revenue-generation activities for our garment manufacturing business.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop new customers and business opportunities in the garment, apparel segment.

- Generate leads through calls, references, online platforms, exhibitions, and market research.

- Coordinate with existing clients and maintain robust business relationships.

- Understand client requirements related to garments, samples, pricing, production, and orders.

- Follow up with prospective and existing clients to convert leads into orders.

- Prepare and share quotations, product details, and commercial proposals.

- Coordinate with the production and merchandising teams to ensure smooth order execution.

- Maintain regular follow-ups for enquiries, samples, approvals, and payments.

- Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.





- Maintain customer and sales records and provide regular sales reports to management.

- Identify new markets, customers, and potential business opportunities.

Candidate Profile

- Fresher candidates with good communication and sales aptitude can apply.

- Experience in garment manufacturing, apparel, textile, fashion, merchandising, or B2B sales will be preferred.

- Good communication and negotiation skills.

- Confident, presentable, and target-oriented.

- Basic knowledge of MS Office, Excel and email communication.

- Good follow-up and client-handling skills.

- Willingness to learn and develop new business.

- Candidates who are comfortable working in a manufacturing environment will be preferred.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
