Cutis International Cosmetic Clinics is a professional cosmetic and aesthetic healthcare organization focused on providing quality cosmetic, skin, hair, and aesthetic treatments. We are looking for a Customer Relationship Executive (CRE) who can effectively handle patient enquiries, provide counselling, coordinate appointments, and ensure an excellent patient experience throughout the consultation and treatment journey.

Key Responsibilities

* Handle patient enquiries through phone calls, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.

- Understand patient requirements and provide information about clinic services and treatments.
- Counsel patients regarding suitable consultations and treatment procedures.
- Explain treatment processes, consultation details, and appointment procedures clearly.
- Schedule and coordinate doctor consultations and appointments.
- Follow up regularly with new and existing patients.
- Convert enquiries and leads into confirmed appointments through effective communication and follow-up.
- Coordinate between patients, doctors, and clinic staff to ensure smooth consultations.
- Send appointment reminders and follow up on scheduled consultations and treatment sessions.
- Handle patient queries professionally and provide appropriate assistance.
- Maintain accurate records of patient enquiries, appointments, follow-ups, and conversions.
- Assist and guide patients during their clinic visits.




- Ensure a professional and positive patient experience at every interaction.
- Support front-office and patient coordination activities whenever required.
- Maintain confidentiality of patient information and follow clinic procedures.

Candidate Requirements

* Qualification: Any Graduate / Diploma

- Experience: 1–4 years preferred
- Freshers with excellent communication and interpersonal skills may also be considered.
- Experience in Healthcare, Hospitals, Cosmetic Clinics, Aesthetic Clinics, Skin & Hair Clinics, Wellness, Customer Service, Telecalling, Counselling, or Front Office will be preferred.

Languages Required

* English – Good communication

- Telugu – Required
- Hindi – Required
