Job Title: Customer Relationship Executive

We are looking for a Customer Relationship Executive to manage customer interactions, handle enquiries, coordinate with customers and dealers, and ensure a smooth customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle customer enquiries through phone, website, social media, and other platforms.
- Build and maintain good relationships with customers and dealers.
- Follow up on enquiries, quotations, orders, and customer requirements.
- Handle customer queries, complaints, and service-related issues.
- Coordinate with sales, production, and dispatch teams for customer requirements.
- Maintain customer records and follow-up details.
- Collect customer feedback and ensure timely support.




- Support the sales team in improving customer satisfaction and achieving targets.

Requirements
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- English proficiency preferred.
- Tamil and Hindi communication skills preferred.
- Strong follow-up and coordination skills.
- Customer-focused and qualified approach.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office.
- Good organisational and multitasking abilities.
- 1–3 years of experience in customer relationship, sales coordination, or customer support preferred.
- Experience in building materials/manufacturing is an advantage.
