About the Role

Jaipur Watch Company is looking for a confident, well-spoken and customer-focused Customer Relationship Executive (CRE) to join our team.

The candidate will be responsible for direct calling, customer follow-ups, relationship management, lead conversion, and maintaining strong customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities

- Make direct outbound calls to existing and prospective customers.
- Follow up with customers through calls and WhatsApp regarding enquiries, products and purchases.
- Handle customer queries and provide accurate information about products, offers and services.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with leads and ensure timely conversion.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
- Maintain customer databases and update call/follow-up records.
- Coordinate with the sales team for customer requirements and order-related queries.
- Invite and engage customers for new launches, events, offers and special collections.
- Ensure a qualified and positive customer experience.
- Achieve assigned calling,



follow-up and conversion targets.

Candidate Requirements
- Excellent communication skills.
- Pleasant personality and confident approach while speaking with customers.
- Valuable Hindi and English communication skills.
- Prior experience in telecalling, customer relationship management, retail, luxury retail, hospitality or sales will be preferred.
- Comfortable making a high volume of customer calls and follow-ups.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with Excel/CRM/WhatsApp.
- Strong follow-up and convincing skills.
- Customer-oriented attitude with a professional approach.
