Your primary focus will be on maintaining and enhancing customer satisfaction and loyalty. You will be the first point of contact for customers, handling their inquiries, concerns, and feedback with professionalism and a customer-centric approach.

Responsibilities

- Handle customer inquiries and provide timely, accurate responses.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints, ensuring a positive outcome.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and build long-term relationships.
- Provide product and service information, ensuring customers are well-informed.
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve customer experience and feedback loops.
- Stay updated with product knowledge and industry trends to offer relevant solutions.
- Document and report customer interactions and feedback for analysis.
- Identify and escalate potential customer risks or issues to the relevant teams.




- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures in all customer interactions.

Qualifications

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric mindset.

- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) systems.
- Prior experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the BFSI industry.
