As a Customer Relationship Executive, you will be the face of our company, representing Digitide Solutions Limited and its brand. Your primary focus will be to handle customer inquiries, provide exceptional support, and ensure a seamless experience. You will be the first point of contact for customers, building trust and fostering long-term relationships.

Responsibilities

- Handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses via phone, email, or live chat.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints, ensuring a positive outcome.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback.
- Provide accurate and up-to-date information about our products and services.
- Collaborate with other teams to ensure a smooth customer journey.
- Identify and escalate potential risks or issues to the relevant teams.
- Conduct regular customer satisfaction surveys and analyze feedback.




- Stay updated with industry trends and competitor activities.
- Assist in developing and implementing customer engagement strategies.

Qualifications

- A high school diploma or equivalent qualification is required.
- 1-2 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a BFSI environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Solid problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric approach.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
- Proficiency in MS Office and basic computer skills.
- Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) systems is an asset.
- A positive and professional attitude, with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.
