Role: Client Relations Executive

Location: Kolkata

Employment Type: Full-time | Immediate Joining

Key Responsibilities:

- Serve as the primary point of contact for key enterprise accounts across Kolkata and East.
- Manage day-to-day operations, vehicle placement, and driver fleet performance to meet SLA metrics.
- Coordinate between clients, field executives, and fleet partners for smooth operational execution.
- Track metrics, resolve ground escalation issues, and ensure high client satisfaction.

What We Are Looking For:





- Proven experience or strong interest in operations, account management, or client relations within logistics/supply chain.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and coordination skills.
- Ability to handle real-time operational challenges and client requirements in a fast-paced workplace.
