Eligibility & Requirements:
Education: Freshers & Graduates in any discipline (Except B.Pharm)
Good verbal and written communication skills
Strong customer-service orientation and willingness to learn
Comfortable working in US rotational shifts
Key Responsibilities
Handle customer queries and provide timely resolutions
Manage customer requests and operational processes efficiently
Maintain accurate records and ensure process compliance
Coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues
Meet quality, productivity, and service-level targets
