We are looking for a Customer Experience Executive with 2+ years of experience in customer support or customer experience to deliver exceptional service across calls, chat, email, and social media. The ideal candidate will resolve customer queries, manage escalations, maintain CRM records, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer journey.

Key Requirements:

2+ years of experience in Customer Support/CX (E-commerce/D2C preferred)

Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

Proficiency in CRM tools and Excel/Google Sheets

Customer-centric, organized, and able to multitask
