We’re currently looking for a Female Final-Year / 4th-Year Student from any stream for a Paid Internship – Customer Experience & Growth.
The role involves
- Handling customer queries with patience and professionalism
- Managing and tracking enquiries received through Meta
- Following up with interested customers and working towards conversions
- Speaking with customers to understand their requirements
- Taking customer feedback and ensuring a outstanding overall experience
- Tracking enquiries, follow-ups and conversions
We’re looking for someone who:
- Is fluent in Telugu, English & Hindi
- Is confident communicating with customers over calls and messages
- Is proactive, responsible and comfortable taking ownership
