- Handle inbound customer queries via phone, email, and chat with speed, accuracy, and empathy.
- Resolve service-related issues — billing, account access, product usage, and technical troubleshooting — within SLA.
- Proactively identify customer pain points and escalate complex cases to Tier 2/3 support or relevant departments.
- Maintain 100% compliance with company protocols, data privacy policies, and CRM documentation standards.
- Meet daily KPIs including First Call Resolution (FCR), Average Handle Time (AHT), and Customer Satisfaction (CSAT).
- Participate in coaching sessions,



skill-building workshops, and quality audits to continuously improve service delivery.

Skills & Qualifications Must-Have

- CRM Tools (Salesforce, Zendesk, Freshdesk)
- Microsoft Office Suite
- Call Center Systems (Asterisk, Genesys, Avaya)
- Customer Service Protocols
- Issue Escalation Frameworks
- Data Privacy Compliance (GDPR, India’s DPDP Act)

Preferred

- Experience in BFSI or Telecom verticals
- Knowledge of basic technical troubleshooting (internet, mobile, billing systems)
- Familiarity with IVR and ticketing workflows
