- Handle customer interactions and provide professional support.

- Respond to customer queries and resolve issues effectively.

- Communicate with customers in clear and fluent English.

- Maintain accurate records and update information as required.

- Use MS Excel for maintaining records, tracking data, and preparing basic reports.

- Coordinate with internal teams whenever required to resolve customer concerns.

- Ensure timely follow-up on pending queries and assigned tasks.

- Maintain a professional and customer-focused approach during all interactions.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle inbound and/or outbound customer calls professionally.

- Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate solutions.

- Maintain proper customer records and follow-up details.





- Update and manage data accurately using Excel.

- Monitor assigned tasks and ensure timely completion.

- Escalate complex issues to the concerned team or senior.

- Maintain quality and accuracy while handling customer interactions.

- Meet daily performance and productivity requirements.

- Follow company policies, processes, and communication standards.

Candidate Requirements

- Excellent English communication skills are mandatory.

- Good verbal and written communication abilities.

- Proactive and responsible approach towards work.

- Comfortable working in a night shift.

- Basic to positive knowledge of MS Excel.

- Good computer knowledge and data-handling skills.

- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

- Ability to work independently as well as within a team.

- Good problem-solving and customer-handling skills.
