Key Responsibilities

- Handle incoming and outgoing customer calls professionally.

- Respond to customer queries regarding matrimonial profiles, memberships, packages, and services.

- Assist customers with profile creation, profile updates, photo uploads, and account-related issues.

- Understand customer requirements and provide suitable guidance on matrimonial services.

- Follow up with customers regarding membership renewals, service requests, and pending requirements.

- Explain membership plans, features, offers, and terms clearly to customers.

- Maintain positive relationships with customers and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.

- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.





- Coordinate with internal teams such as Sales, Operations, and Technical Support when required.

- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, follow-ups, and service requests.

- Conduct regular follow-ups with registered members to improve engagement and service usage.

- Protect customer confidentiality and handle personal information responsibly.

- Meet assigned customer service, follow-up, and performance targets.

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
