Role Overview

We are looking for an organized and customer-focused Service Department Admin to act as the primary point of contact for client-related queries and to systematically collect, document, and track service-related issues and complaints. This role is ideal for a candidate who is detail-oriented, communicates well, and can coordinate effectively between clients and the internal service team.

Key Responsibilities

- Act as the first point of contact for clients calling or emailing with service-related queries, complaints, or requests

- Log and maintain accurate records of client issues, complaints, and service requests in the company's tracking system/CRM

- Coordinate with the service/technical team to ensure timely resolution of client issues

- Follow up with clients to confirm issue resolution and gather feedback

- Prepare daily/weekly reports summarizing service issues, trends, and pending cases

- Maintain client contact database and update records as needed





- Escalate unresolved or critical issues to the Service Manager

- Assist in scheduling service visits/appointments as required

- Handle basic documentation, filing, and administrative tasks for the service department

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Graduate in any discipline (preference for candidates with prior customer service/admin experience)

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

- Good telephone etiquette and interpersonal skills

- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and comfort with CRM/ticketing tools

- Robust organizational skills and attention to detail

- Ability to multitask and work under pressure

- Prior experience in a service/support coordination role preferred

Preferred Candidate Profile

- 2-3 years of experience in administration, customer service, or service coordination

Pay: ₹9,886.06 - ₹27,984.61 per month
