Responsibilities

- Act as the primary point of contact for customers, offering excellent service and support.
- Make outbound calls to customers to discuss their loan requirements and provide solutions.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings between customers and our field team for document collection.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and ensure data privacy.
- Handle customer inquiries, provide product information, and address any concerns or queries.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure their loyalty and satisfaction.




- Stay updated with the latest loan products and services to offer accurate advice.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a seamless transition during the loan process.
- Provide regular feedback and reports on customer interactions and trends.

Qualifications

- A high school diploma or equivalent qualification is required.
- Previous experience in a customer care or sales role, preferably in the financial industry.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to build rapport.
