WE’RE HIRING | CUSTOMER SERVICE / CUSTOMER SUPPORT EXECUTIVE FOR A RENOWNED HEALTHCARE CENTRE

Location: Kolkata

Openings: 5 | Male & Female

Salary: ₹9,000–₹10,000/month, depending on experience

Shift: 8 AM–8 PM | 9–10 hrs shift duty

Role:

- Handle incoming calls & WhatsApp enquiries through IVR
- Assist with customer/patient, appointment, test & package-related queries
- Coordinate with internal teams and maintain follow-ups
- Perform basic back-office checking and administrative tasks

We’re looking for:

- Positive communication skills in English, Hindi & Bengali
- Basic healthcare knowledge/understanding
- Good telephone etiquette & customer-handling skills
- Basic computer knowledge
- Patient, polite & service-oriented approach
- Comfortable working in shifts
