As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves analyzing various application components to understand client requirements and system functionalities. Collaboration with different stakeholders to align development efforts and address challenges is a key part of daily activities, ensuring that software components function seamlessly across multiple client environments.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.




- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and resolve technical challenges within projects to maintain quality and timelines.
- Mentor junior team members by sharing knowledge and guiding their development activities.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Manufacturing Engineering MES.
- Solid knowledge of software development life cycle and best practices in coding and testing.
- Experience in analyzing and designing software components for complex applications.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues in application code efficiently.
- Familiarity with integration of software modules across diverse client environments.

Additional Information
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Manufacturing Engineering MES.
- This position is based at our BDC11 - SEZ office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
