nResponsibilities

nResponsible for identifying unemployed from nearby underserved communities

nMotivating and getting them enrolled through various mobilization strategies into various training programs

nMaintaining robust community relations to ensure participation of children, and in Nirmaan activities

nCreating platforms at a community level through which can be counselled on various professional opportunities

nBasic knowledge on digital marketing

nRun varies digital campaigns

nRegular Tasks:

nInformation Dissemination & Mapping catchment area

nConducting mobilization drives (Door to door canvassing, Public Announcements)

nDocumenting into database





nFollow-up for suitable candidates to get them enrolled

nRaising local volunteers & Point of Contacts in community

nHome visits for trainees & Planning community events

nSending press notes and maintaining healthy relationships with local news reporters

nEssential Skills

n1. Desire to work with community

n2. Very good Communication skills in English, Telugu and Hindi

n3. Team Player

n4. Patience to teach, counsel and motivate

n5. Willing to spend time in the community at grass-root level and travel

nEducation Qualification

nGraduate / MSW (in social sciences / community development will be preferred)

n2+ years of experience in NGO’s
