HIRING NOW – CRM EXECUTIVE

We are looking for a dedicated and customer-focused CRM Executive to join our team. Location: Indore (Work From Office)

Salary: As per company standards / Based on experience

Experience: 1–3 Years Preferred

Requirements

✅ Excellent communication skills

✅ Basic knowledge of CRM software / MS Excel

✅ Strong follow-up and coordination skills

✅ Valuable problem-solving abilities

✅ Strong attention to detail and time management skills

Key Responsibilities

Manage and maintain customer database

Handle customer queries and provide support

Follow up with leads and existing customers

Maintain records of customer interactions

Prepare daily/weekly reports and updates

Eligibility

✔ Graduate in any field

✔ Strong understanding of customer relationship management

Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month
