Responsibilities
- Manage customer relationships and ensure a positive customer experience.
- Handle customer queries, requests, and complaints through calls and emails.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with existing and prospective customers.
- Maintain and update customer records and interactions in the CRM system.
- Coordinate with internal departments to resolve customer issues.
- Track customer requirements, pending issues, and follow-ups.
- Maintain accurate records and prepare basic CRM/customer reports.
- Collect customer feedback and support customer retention activities.
- Ensure timely communication with customers.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in CRM, customer service, customer support, or a similar role.
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and follow-up skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
- Experience with CRM software will be an advantage.
- Good organizational and time-management skills.
- Customer-oriented and professional approach.
- Candidates with experience in banking, financial services, stock broking, or insurance will be preferred.
