Job Summary

Are you good at customer communication, regular follow-ups, and building strong client relationships We re looking for a CRM Executive to manage corporate customers and ensure they receive a smooth and reliable internet service experience. Handle and maintain relationships with corporate customers. Regularly follow up with customers regarding their service experience.

Take customer feedback and understand their requirements. Proactively check whether internet services are working properly at customer locations. Coordinate with internal teams for service-related concerns and ensure timely resolution.

Keep customers updated regarding ongoing issues and resolutions. Attend occasional client meetings when required. Maintain records of customer interactions, feedback, and follow-ups. Excellent verbal and written communication skills Solid follow-up and coordination skills Customer-focused and proactive approach Comfortable communicating with corporate clients Comfortable with 6 days working Immediate joiners preferred
