IndiaFirst Life Insurance is hiring Credit Life Officers for the Bank of Baroda Channel in Ludhiana. IndiaFirst Life is promoted by Bank of Baroda and distributes insurance solutions through bancassurance partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

Drive Credit Life Insurance business through assigned Bank of Baroda branches.

Build solid relationships with branch managers and bank staff.

Generate insurance business from loan and banking customers.

Conduct customer meetings and explain suitable life insurance solutions.

Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.

Ensure policy documentation and compliance processes are completed accurately.





Provide post-sales support and maintain customer satisfaction.

Conduct branch-level training and sales activities to increase insurance penetration.

Eligibility

Graduate in any discipline.

Experience in Life Insurance, Bancassurance, Banking, NBFC, or Financial Services preferred.

Strong communication and relationship management skills.

Target-oriented and willing to travel within the assigned territory.

Compensation & Benefits:

Fixed CTC: ₹4.25 LPA

Monthly Travel Allowance: ₹4,000–₹6,000
