Job Title: Credit Control Manager/Head

Job Responsibilities:

- A Credit Control Manager (CCM) is responsible for managing customer credit policies and ensuring timely collection of outstanding payments in transport and logistics operations.
- The role includes evaluating customer creditworthiness, approving credit limits, monitoring accounts receivable, following up on overdue invoices, coordinating with sales and operations teams, resolving billing disputes, and minimizing bad debts.
- The Credit Control Manager prepares aging reports, analyses customer payment trends, maintains compliance with company financial policies, supports cash flow management, and develops effective collection strategies to improve financial stability while maintaining positive customer relationships.

Required Skills

- Experience in Credit Control / Accounts Receivable / Collections .
- Experience in the transport,



logistics, freight forwarding or supply chain industry preferred.
- Good knowledge of POD-based billing and invoice collection .
- Robust follow-up and negotiation skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and ERP/accounting systems.
- Good communication and customer-handling skills.
- Ability to analyze ageing reports and identify overdue accounts.
- Strong coordination skills with Sales, Operations, Billing and Finance teams.

Qualification

- Bachelor's degree in commerce , Finance, Accounting or a related field .
- Candidates with relevant experience in transport/logistics credit control will be preferred.
