- Credit Card Sales Representative

- Promote and sell YES BANK credit card products to potential customers.

- Identify prospective customers and explain suitable credit card products and benefits.

- Achieve or exceed assigned monthly sales targets.

- Provide excellent customer service throughout the sales process.

- Ensure all sales activities comply with applicable regulatory and company standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate leads through assigned channels and proactively approach potential customers.

- Explain credit card features, advantages, eligibility criteria, and applicable terms.

- Assist customers with the application and documentation process.

- Follow up with prospective customers to complete applications and drive conversions.





- Maintain accurate records of leads, applications, and sales activities.

- Build positive relationships with customers and address their queries professionally.

- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

- Follow all company policies, compliance requirements, and regulatory guidelines.
