Job Role

- Collection Executive / Telecalling Executive

- Call customers regarding pending payments and overdue accounts.

- Follow up with customers to ensure timely payment collection.

- Explain payment details, outstanding amounts, and due dates to customers.

- Handle and resolve basic customer queries related to payments.

- Maintain accurate records of calls, payment commitments, and collections.

- Follow up on customer payment commitments and update collection status.

- Achieve assigned daily and monthly collection targets.

- Coordinate with the collection team and provide regular updates to the supervisor.

- Maintain professional and courteous communication with customers.

- Follow company policies and collection procedures while handling customer accounts.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Calling & Follow-Up:

- Make outbound calls to customers with pending or overdue payments.

- Inform customers about outstanding dues and payment requirements.





- Conduct regular follow-ups to encourage timely payments.

- Track customer commitments and payment status.

- Address basic customer concerns and provide appropriate information.

Collection & Target Achievement

- Work towards achieving daily and monthly collection targets.

- Maintain accurate records of collection activities.

- Update payment commitments and recovery status regularly.

- Coordinate with the collection team for pending or unresolved accounts.

- Report collection progress and customer updates to the supervisor.

Job Requirements

- Good communication and customer-handling skills.

- Basic computer knowledge.

- Target-oriented and self-motivated approach.

- Robust follow-up and convincing abilities.

- Ability to communicate professionally with customers.

- Experience in Telecalling / Collections is preferrerd.
