Position: Team Leader / Assistant Manager - Credit & Risk

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise Credit Analysts and monitor their productivity, quality, and TAT.
- Ensure adherence to Credit Policy, SOPs, and risk guidelines.
- Review credit underwriting and identify high-risk profiles or policy deviations.
- Monitor portfolio performance, DPD, CE, defaults, and delinquency trends.
- Conduct basic root-cause analysis of defaults and identify risk patterns.
- Prepare and review Credit & Risk MIS and performance reports.
- Analyse portfolio performance across CIBIL, salary, loan amount, FOIR, tenure, and other key parameters.
- Coordinate with IT, Collections, Operations, and other teams regarding credit & risk requirements.
- Identify process gaps and suggest improvements.
- Support training, coaching,



and performance improvement of Credit Analysts.

Required Skills:

- Strong hands-on experience in credit underwriting and risk assessment
- Understanding of NBFC / Fintech / Digital Lending
- Portfolio and default analysis
- Good Excel / Google Sheets skills
- Team handling and communication skills
- Analytical and problem-solving ability
- Knowledge of CIBIL/Experian, FOIR, banking and income assessment

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹900,000.00 per year
